I had the pleasure of working with Joanie in her role as Executive Director at Main Street of Menomonie, Inc. We have known each other since 2011 and during my tenure as the Menomonie Chamber Director, we collaborated on many projects and co-managed the CMS, LLC, to maintain our building operations and tenants upstairs. Joanie is hardworking, dedicated and was passionate about service to her business members. To sum up Joanie's character in a short paragraph is no easy task. I had the pleasure of working with Joanie for a few years and to say that she had a positive impact on our organization would be an understatement. This is an individual that thrives on working with others, and she's motivated to doing her very best each and every day. Being a human cheerleader comes naturally for Joanie and her infectious laugh and work ethic are second to none. Joanie was instrumental at shoring up policies and procedures, which led to enhancing everything that goes towards creating a strong HR foundation.  It was a sad day when she announced that she was leaving her role at F&M Plastics, be we were fortunate to have worked along-side her.
